"Parchment" has been named as a Niche 2008 Finalist in the Judaica category.  Dick's clay and glass sculpture was on display along with other "Antiquities" works at The Ordover Gallery at the San Diego Natural History Museum in conjunction with the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit in 2007.   www.ordovergallery.com

Dick has been chosen to participate in Josh Simpson's www.JoshSimpson.com, "Infinity Project."

 In September Dick traveled to his  favorite spot  in the Sierra Nevada mountains to bury his planet.  The journal of the trip along with photos has been  logged onto Josh's website.
